Disappointed, terrible quality

I have been wearing these boots for less than a year, and only to walk around the yard. Both sides have completely cracked. Because the company only stands behind their product for a year... and because my boots are just over a year, Customer service did nothing except give me a %15 discount off my next pair. What? that covers the taxes only. They obviously don't stand behind their product. Sadly, I'm frustrated with the boot and the customer service.

Poor Quality

I bought this boots less than a year ago and was happy with how they fit and was expecting them to perform for years. Sadly, the rubber is cracked on both boots and I will have to replace them. My last rubber boots lasted 10 years. Very disappointed in the performance.

Disappointed!

I purchased a pair of these boots in September 2023. I really liked these boots as they are comfortable, however both are cracking on each side of the boot and the seam in the back is coming apart on one. I sent in a message to Extra tuff to see if this is normal and have not received a response.

Great! In theory

I really liked these, and the actual product doesnt differ from the picture. However, as soon as theyre put on, one resembles Ronald McDonald. So, I actually sent them back and got something a little more toned down. If youre the bold kind, these are for you!
